One on One Wellness Coaching
30 Minute Session:
Client-centered conversation designed to help individuals clarify their goals, strengthen motivation, and take practical steps toward improved well-being. During the session, the coach partners with the client to explore current challenges, identify personal values and priorities, and co-create realistic action steps that support sustainable behavior change. Emphasis is placed on building self-awareness, intrinsic motivation, and healthy habits, while honoring the client’s autonomy and lived experience. Each session ends with clear takeaways and next steps, empowering the client to continue progress beyond the coaching conversation.
1 hour Session:
Provides dedicated time for deeper exploration, reflection, and personalized support. In this collaborative, client-centered conversation, the coach helps the individual clarify meaningful health and life goals, uncover internal sources of motivation, and identify patterns or barriers impacting progress. Together, the coach and client co-create a realistic, values-aligned plan that supports sustainable habit change and overall well-being. The session emphasizes self-awareness, accountability, and empowerment, allowing space for insight, problem-solving, and skill-building. Each session concludes with clear commitments and next steps, leaving the client with direction, confidence, and momentum moving forward
